• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Upon review, if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement or issue store credit, at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled for any reason. Once an order is processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
